About me

My name is Michelle, and I’m a certified vegan nutritionist and personal trainer. I’ve been vegan for over six years, and for many years, I’ve been weightlifting and doing all kinds of other sports. A few years ago, I was unhealthily obsessed with healthy food and exercise. I want to help people avoid making the same mistakes that I did. I am here to guide and support you.
