Appointment Scheduling

The consultation rates and their times can be found in the current price list, which you can find alongside the offers. For proper planning, please use the messaging system on this website. I kindly ask you to be on time to ensure an efficient consultation, as it will be at the expense of your time.

I request cancellations at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment. If an appointment is missed, it will be considered a lost appointment.

Please use the following email address for cancellations: gainsgrains.coach@gmail.com or WhatsApp. Cancellations via social media platforms cannot be accepted.

Payment Terms

If you decide to purchase one of my offers after your free trial consultation, you will pay the amount in Euros to my bank account. I will provide you with my bank account details. After that, I will send you the contract and the questionnaire. The first official appointment takes place after I have received the money, and you will receive a confirmation of your payment.

I do not send invoices, and payment via PayPal is not accepted.

All prices include VAT and fees. External venue rentals, such as sports halls, fitness centres, etc., are not included in the price.

Health Insurance Reimbursement

Financial reimbursements for complementary medical services and personal training cannot be claimed.

Questionnaire

The fully completed questionnaire must be submitted via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the appointment (either electronically filled out or as a scan/photo). You will receive the questionnaire via email as soon as I have received your payment.

Miscellaneous

If a subscription can no longer be used (due to illness or accident), the service can be utilised at a later date. Subscriptions will not be refunded in cash.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

All services are fully subject to these terms unless modified or supplemented by written agreements.

I place great importance on the protection of your personal data and the safeguarding of your privacy. According to the “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR), I am required to inform you of the purpose for which I process your data and your rights under the GDPR. After reaching out to me, I will promptly send over the privacy policy document, that you can sign and send me back. After that your trial consultation can take place. Personal data refers to all data that can be related to you personally.
